How is eol’s success or impact measured? What are the key performance indicators for eol project?

It’s quite a challenge to measure impact for a public online product like EOL, but there are a couple of things we track, primarily web traffic (~500,000 pageviews/month currently) and breadth and coverage of information we are making available (~4,000,000 images and 15,000,000 data records for 2,000,000 species and taxonomic groups).
