I’m trying to connect to EOL API. I followed the instructions at https://github.com/EOL/eol_website/blob/master/doc/api.md but I still cannot get the token to connect. Where do I create a power user account? (I have already created an account but when I click on the link to get the token, API indicates “403 Unauthorized”)
