Not sure what category to put this in but I’ve had nothing but problem with the website it loads slowly and when I search hit either says no results, 503 error backend fetch error or 500 error 
Our apologies, @Chloe_Slease ! We’re overdue to upgrade our hosting solution and have been having trouble with performance and with our search index in the old system. We’re trying to keep up with small tactical fixes until we can get the site migrated, but we haven’t been able to prevent all the periods of disruption. Thank you for reporting!
